Once you book the property you will get a tenant login option where you can upload your documents or else you can send an email to support@keysonrent.com or you can share the documents while signing the agreement.

Aadhaar card for the people residing at the property, PAN card of the agreement holder, any other ID proof such as Driving license, passport etc. and Company ID card and Email confirmation from Company email ID.

It varies from property to property. The service fee includes move-in, onboarding assistance, agreement signing liaison, and free maintenance for 15 days from the date of move-in and few properties where we do not manage the property we charge service fees varying from 20 days to 30 days of rent.

If the Flat rent is inclusive of the maintenance amount then it includes all maintenance activity of the common area like lift, cleaning, and common area electricity bill. However, it varies from property to property. For more details you can refer to the agreement at the time of booking the flat for rent.

Yes, guests are allowed but making guests permanent residents is liable for a penalty. If you have frequent guests, it should be informed at the time of booking the flat. Also, there will be a standard inspection of the property once every 6 months.

For residential property, we don’t have it. But for our paying guests, we have the standard regulations for entry and exit time.

You can pay the rent through our website or app, and also through bank account transfer. We prefer to collect the rent via app or website.

We have a maintenance team for all your maintenance issues. Rent cannot be withheld rather you have the option to give one month’s notice and vacate the property.
